Specifically, we have implemented the following procedures in response to COVID-19 and look forward to once again warmly welcoming you to our Avflight home:

Actions We have Implemented 

• Increased disinfecting schedules tailored to facility foot traffic, with a sharp eye on high-touch areas, such as doors, keyboards and phones
• Sanitizing steering wheels and shifting gears, and wearing gloves over washed hands while bringing transportation around 
• Pilot lounges and sleep rooms disinfected multiple times daily and after each use 
• Lobby furniture rearranged to accommodate 6-ft social distancing 
• Spaced apart queue spots and electronic payment processing without a need for signature to expedite the process 

Promise of Continued Safety & Service

• Continuing to honor our AVTRIP loyalty rewards program for fuel and non-fuel purchases 
• Continuing to provide VIP red-carpet treatment: when your door drops, our team member will be ready to assist with any requested service while maintaining social distance
• Continuing to allow vehicle access to ramps for streamlined transportation without having to enter the facility 
• Continuing to provide snack and beverage amenities in safe, individual portions 
• Continue to focus on greeting passengers with a smile, even when it’s from behind a mask
